Trust Bank Tanzania (DTB) donated 40 classroom chairs to the Agha Khan
Foundation (AKF) Madrasa Early Childhood Program in Stone Town, Zanzibar
yesterday.
Aim was to support the Government efforts in education improvement in Zanzibar.
The centre caters for students from underprivileged families in Unguja Island.
In
the centre, Students also taught both religious education and Tanzanian
syllabus under National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA).

Agha Khan Foundation (AKF) Madrasa, Early Childhood Program, Mr. Khamis
Said Abdallah during a short ceremony held in Zanzibar yesterday. The
bank donated 40 classroom chairs to the Institution, where students from
underprivileged familias in Unguja Island are taught both religious
education and Tanzanian syllabus under National Examination Council of
Tanzania (NECTA). Looking on are the bank’s and the centre's staff.
